Responsible with creating & leading the Data Visualisation team in Thomson Reuters, owning the vision, strategy, design and development for some of the most innovative products in the company's flagship platform Thomson Reuters Eikon. Recruited, managed, mentored and worked hands on along a growing team of: interaction designers, information designers, visual designers, front-end developers, back-end developers and data scientists. Transformed the team from a plan to one of the most innovative, awareness driving parts of the company, through both management and hands on design work.

Shaped the Product Strategy and built the UX Vision for all Bitdefender Consumer products, used by almost half a billion users worldwide through proprietary, OEM and rebranded products.Driven the User Centered Design process from inception to market release by leading a multidisciplinary UX team responsible with the development of: wireframes, low-fidelity models, mock-ups, usability research & testing, visual design and UX quality assurance on the product implementation.Built the Consumer UX team from inception recruiting and mentoring: Interaction Designers, Visual Designer and Interaction Developers. Oversee aspects of development such as investment budgets, HR budgets and overall agency strategy.
