I was responsible for coordinating the various teams involved in product development. They included software development, design, marketing, QA, data analysis, cartography, data research.My responsibilities ranged from managing staffing, work process and roadmaps for multiple projects to analyzing and defining the business strategy.

This role required both management and tech lead responsibilities.I managed the team of 15 programmers and was responsible for enabling their professional development. I was heavily involved in hiring and training the new hires and I have successfully transformed the development process from non-structured to a working form of agile.As technical lead, I worked with the founder of PropertyShark to find the right technical solutions based on the requirements. I managed and helped implement multiple projects and coordinated the output of multiple development teams.
