Work with Zipline's Health Systems Integrations, Customer Success, and Software Product teams to create universal processes and applications to serve Clients and Customers.

Managed a staff of 120+ employees in the front of house and back of house of the restaurant. Performed hiring and termination of employees. Controlled financial flow of the restaurant, along with the entirety of the management staff. This includes everything from ordering inventory, supplies, and uniforms to controlling labor hours and costs on a strict corporate budget. Additionally, I communicated marketing messages and new promotional materials to the staff and customers on a quarterly basis. As managers we would hold meetings for staff to discuss job responsibilities and present new information from the corporate communication offices. Every day, aside from any other duties, the most important aspect of my job was keeping people happy. This ranges from customers to my staff. I controlled scheduling for two departments in the restaurant, acted as the diplomatic entity when there was conflict among staff, established and maintained relationships with my customers, and quickly resolved any issue or negative experiences.

Internship where I shot videos, wrote blogs/articles and worked on social media projects for rAVe [Publications], a digital publication covering the residential and commercial audiovisual industries. I attended attend trade shows such as ISE and InfoComm, helping cover products and news announced at the shows.
