Leads the strategy and development of products in a fast-paced agile environment. Utilizing data extracted from customers and the market, I drive the product roadmap forward with few resources. I educate marketing, sales, and customer success teams on value of our solutions, while working directly with customers to define and design strategic direction.

Led the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for the Product team while contributing at a strategic level on the design and implementation of new marketing websites, product features, and more. Led graphical asset creation and visual direction for Campus Conservation Nationals (2012-2014), nationwide energy reduction competition for higher-ed campuses.

Managed the onboarding of hundreds of customers and set up software products based on customer requirements. Recommended creative solutions and helped solve technical and non-technical problems. Fostered customer relationships and played an integral role in the growth of the Client Services team.
