The Innovation Center is an entrepreneurial zone for St. Vrain Valley School District students to teach other students about robotics and work directly with local businesses on a variety of robotics initiatives. As a student instructor, I created an introductory to programming curriculum using the Nao & Bibli robots. I taught 3 sessions of the course to over 80 elementary school students. As a student designer I worked with Robauto through the Innovation Center. Robauto is a robotics company that partnered with the Innovation Center to begin a global effort to accelerate innovation in robotics and A.I. by providing a low-cost and powerful robotics platform. I designed, built, and soldered the Bibli robot and electronics with a team of about 10 people. I also created an instructions manual for building the robot and a course for the Innovation Center to teach students about engineering and robotics through the Bibli robot.
