(another joint venture of Fluor) in the modularization for Suncor Fort Hills ($60 Million).

After this project, led a Shell Project Controls team on front-end planning of de-bottlenecking the same plant for another 35,000 bopd at a value of $2 Billion.

Managed one third of scope of 2x210 MW Parichha Thermal Power Plant. As a generalist project manager, covered all functional aspects including scope definition, front-end planning, DBM/FEED, performing constructability studies, scheduling, estimating, pricing, negotiating/managing contracts, procurement, HSE, quality control, construction, commissioning etc.
