    I worked as a project manager of educational content development. My team was about 40 employees and I was responsible for planning and managing the whole development process. We were creating exercises driven by best pedagogical practices, designed them due to the lasted educational technology trends, developed and tested our product. I had colleagues in 4 countries all over the world, we worked is 6 time zones.My main duties were planning the work of the department, distributing tasks among employees, evaluating performance and preparing reports. I was also responsible for the adaptation of new employees, quarterly evaluation of the results of the whole team by department and by each employee individually.I’ve developed, tested and implemented all team processes by myself, guided by Agile methodology, that I’m a huge fan of. We used Jira: sprints and Kanban boards depending on the stages of production.My main achievement as a Head of Content team is the amount of content my team has realised - in 2,5 years we have produced over 1000 interactive tasks for students, which corresponds to approximately 10,000 hours of studying for each child. Thus, we’ve covered the curriculum of 3 school elementary grades.
