-Managed the complete SDLC from; requirements gathering, software design and development, integrations with external tools and systems, QA testing, user video tutorials and user training.-Planned, executed and delivered a multi-domain content publishing website along with mobile applications (Android and iOS) for eight markets.-Supervised the integration of multiple external platforms such as Parsely for analytics, Google Analytics, Google's DoubleClick for Publishers, Disqus, JWPlayer, Addthis and many more.-Provided timely project status updates to project sponsors and other project stakeholders.-Motivated, collaborated and supported project team members as needed to resolve project issues.

As a BA, I was responsible for ensuring project documentation and scope were meticulously adhered to while the software solution was built and deployed.-Sears Canada: Successfully designed and implemented an English to French translation engine as well as the design and new implementation of a Business Workflow Module.-Walmart Canada: Documented all user requirements and specifications for the implementation of Walmart's data migration. This included the design of the new taxonomy and revised data model.-Mountain Equipment Co-op: Following the upgrade of MEC's MDM software, I was responsible for Change Management. This involved the creation of user manuals and leading user-training sessions.
