Start-Up - Successfully managed the Green field Joint venture project with 500 employees and 2,000 contract staff. Labour Relations - Effectively managed several major crisis situations, which included Factory lock-outs, strike and Labour militancy.Business Turnaround - Played a significant role in the Successful turn around of the loss making natural extracts business through series of operational & people interventions
