My role as a researcher advisor was focus on giving guidance to Industrial design students of the final year on their research to accomplish a thesis degree on ergonomics design, human-centred design and usability. I also taught and applied methodologies, methods and process of user research, user experience design, inclusion design, accesibility and interaction design.

Ecosistema Jaguar and Ruta N worked together to develop a Lab where citizens can learn advance manufacturing and IT skills such as 3D printing, coding and internet of things. My role was to design the services and ideate the learning activities as well as the backend process to keep the Lab working. We did user research and tested the workshops with real users to iterate and co-create the workshops with the users through participatory design.

As part of this experience, I develop a system that allows blind people to draw and see the drawings with their hands. My goald as consultant was to teach and help to apply a MVP system of innovation inside of nine organizations in Medellin - Colombia. As a result some of those companies started them own innovation department and others developed a new product or service.

This projects was a pilot scheme to create a maker space service for the Medellin Citizens. It really take in count the health, emotional stability, education skills and family balance of Medellin`s children.
