My day to day role was to answer inbound calls from potential clients and existing clients and offer advice where possible. This is helped by obtaining a good level of knowledge into contractor accounting and government legislations such as ‘IR35’ .The role included the operation of the CRM software Salesforce efficiently and to ensure all information is stored correctly. Another task at Boox is to make outbound calls to explain the service Boox provides to potential clients, business partnerships and to arrange call backs and meetings to increase the drive of client sign ups.
