- Management of key streams aimed at fulfilling the main KPIs of the macroregion:
- E-commerce (management of on-line sales of the region through the regulation of the tariffs based on the competitive situation, the creation of new tariffs, unique offers and co-branded offers. Improvement of the CJ.
- LTE (management of steps to increase the penetration of LTE into the operator's network and, as a result, increase retention and ARPU base. Tools: working with a monobrand, CVM campaigns).
- CIS-tariffs (management of the stream "Tariffs for non-residents". Regulation of the tariff offer based on the competitive situation, development of campaigns to increase AS and ARPU).
- Participation in all-Russian AGILE projects from the product marketing side in the following areas: line repricing, launch of new tariffs, platinum campaigns of various types (creation of a product for advertising.
- Working with AB in the region through CVM campaigns to increase LTV and ARPU.
