Initiated underwriting process for multifamily assets providing me with significant experience in underwriting, while also learning the critical variables that influence large institutional transactions. By using the Excel models, I gained valuable financial modeling building skills. Having close access to Principals in the industry gave me insight and appreciation of the different sides of commercial real estate transactions.
