Current• Conducted thorough field investigations related to potentially fraudulent insurance claims through covert surveillance techniques, activity checks, and/or SIU investigations• Conducted over 500 surveillance cases as a field agent• Challenged many different geographic scenarios from the Midwest, East Coast, and the South East during time as a field investigator• Prepared accurate and detailed reports on findings for clients• Conducted recorded statements for clients• Field work mainly consisted of Workers Compensation, Liability, Auto, and Disability Claims.• April 2011- promoted to Field Operations Manager after being a field investigator for two and a half years• Managed the companies field investigators in the following states: Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Tennessee, Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Utah, Arkansas and New York• Ensure quality of investigative products (Surveillance, activity, social media, background, and employment checks) and customer service for the assigned region and key accounts • In charge of scheduling all the cases for assigned states, as well as scheduling agents to conduct surveillance on these cases• Required to make executive decisions on how agents should proceed on difficult cases• In close contact with our clients to provide superior customer service and maintain a good rapport to actively encourage continued business• Providing formal updates, strategic advice, and recommendations to clients on their cases• Read and edit the final report product for errors and consistency prior to submission to the client• Other managerial duties such as payroll and updating the director of operations are amongst my routine responsibilities• Processing new client cases into our database system TrackOps• Providing strong leadership skills and ethics to my team members. • Implementing new ideas for the company and providing new technology to my team members.
