Sr. Project Managemer, ADAPT Delivered overall project management for more than 6 large cross functional initiatives involving front and backend integration while simultaneously managing a portfolio of smaller projects Lead the complete project lifecycle, from chartering, requirements, development, QA/UAT, change management and training through post release using Agile, Waterfall and hybrid development methodologies, and tools such as JIRA and Confluence Work closely with development teams to understand technological issues and convey the ramifications and tradeoffs of technical challenges to non technical team members Collaborate with a wide variety of groups within UIT such as Software Services, and Enterprise Technology, as well as other teams at Stanford including The office of development, individual schools, and other business partners at Stanford to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver value Resolve inter and intra team conflicts to facilitate the smooth execution of project deliverables Communicate proactively with both core and expanded team members, including vendors to help create consensus in decision making Negotiate with stakeholders to weigh trade offs in balancing resources, time, data and scope to ensure timely successful project delivery Direct a small team of project managers on critical ADAPT projects Provide regular progress updates and risk assessment to senior management
