The On Purpose Associate Programme develops leaders for purpose-driven businesses. The programmes are delivered in London, Paris and Berlin.I was a member of the April 2017 cohort, becoming a Fellow in April 2018. Took some time out to fulfil a lifetime dream.I completed a solo crossing of the English Channel, winning the Channel Swimming Association's Centenary Trophy for the Fastest British Swim of 2019.
