As operations Manager for CMS, I oversee the operation of this 100+ company, including domestic and international mail services. Our specialty is providing hassle-free mailing services to our customers. And with an on-site USPS distribution facility, our clients receive high priority for any domestic and international courier and mail operation needs. In my role as operations manager, my responsibilities include:• Daily operation procedures for domestic and international mail, presort, commingling and distribution of mailings throughout our plant in Brooklyn as well as the warehouse facility in Edison, NJ.• Operation of the fleet of 10 trucks, as well as the messengers in NYC and Boston. As operations manager for Citipost, I was responsible for daily operations of the mail facility as well as vendor relations with our various partners. Specific responsibilities included:• All operations of the Carlstadt facility, which is the company’s main hub to North America. At the time, there were more than 80 employees and a fleet of 8 trucks. • International and regional mail distribution, consolidation, courier delivery, mail pre-sort, fulfillment, printing and data processing.• Preparation and research involved in mailings of financial research, catalogs, directories, newsletters, magazines and promotional materials.• Vendor relations with USPS, Swiss Post, La Poste, Royal Mail, FedEx, DHL, UPS and major airlines and trucking companies. • Coordination and interaction with other Citipost offices in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia.

(which is a subsidiary of Euromoney Publications, PLC), I was responsible for two business groups encompassing 42 publications and 22 ancillary products.
