In charge of developing and driving commercial strategy for the Events, Attractions and Sports division of Ticketmaster UK, dealing with a diverse range of clients, from global sports brands and media owners, to multi-national event producers, independent event organisers and start-ups. Identifying and convincing business leaders from some of the world’s leading sports and entertainment brands to utilise Ticketmaster technology, data analysis and marketing power. Leading a team tasked with seeking out new and untapped verticals with high yield potential, through hands-on, research-based business development.

Roles and responsibilities included:• Driving sales revenue by acquiring key sponsors and high-value clients, from identification, concept creation, pitching, negotiating & closing multi-event, multi-year deals• Managing, coaching & motivating sales team responsible for sales across event portfolio• Defining event strategy and activation plans for key strategic partners, high value clients & sponsors as well as general account management• Managing & coordinating marketing, production, content creation teams, ensuring sponsorship deliverables are met, and steering creative direction of campaigns across all media channels• Overseeing creative direction of B2C events including curation, theming, live content programming• Supervising on-site production teams
with a view to control costs, troubleshoot, and ensure efficient execution of activation plans, and overseeing on-site logistics with respect to build up, live operations, and break down.
