CurrentAs a product manager I’m responsible for defining market and product requirements, establishing product specifications, analyze customer needs, and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer and business values. As a Project Manager I’m responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion. I'm working closely with developer team and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives. Main Responsibilities: ► Defining the product vision, goals, and road map. ► Identifying project requirements and creating a detailed project plan. ► Prioritizing and managing the product backlog based on customer and business value. ► Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to gather requirements and ensure smooth product development and launches. ► Utilizing Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products within tight timelines. ► Allocating resources, such as personnel and equipment, to execute the project. ► Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting on financial aspects. ► Ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members. ► Conducting regular project status meetings and providing updates to stakeholders.
