As General Manager, I was responsible for all aspects of business success, including Finance, HR, Operations, Service Desk , Cloud Services and Projects Services delivery. At an executive level, creating and implementing the strategic business plan was my main objective and focus. It was this strategic plan, and changes that followed, that created a cultural shift that delivered Evolve substantial growth over five year period, and enabled them to become an industry leader in the IT Services space.It was due to this success and our successful Wellbeing Program that I was honored to be nominated and shortlisted as a Finalist in the 2016 ARN Women in ICT business awards.

New to the Australian market, this US based ecommerce mortgage aggregation business employed me to create and implement operational procedures that would allow the business to grow quickly and expand into all states around Australia.Then, once its presence in the Home Loan and Financial Services market now fully established in Australia, eChoice quickly realised it needed to establish a business unit to analyse and oversee their newly acquired customers to ensure they were able maintain their customer listing.With my previous experience in mortgage lending, and in establishing eChoices policies and procedures and its first Melbourne operation, I moved into newly developed role of Business Analyst and Customer Retention Specialist. This was an autonomous role design with a key objective in protecting eChoice most valued asset - their customers and its home loan book.As Business Analyst I headed up this new business unit working with key stakeholders in all areas of the business. Part of the role involved working closely with the Marketing Manager and his department to create and implement rolling marketing campaigns targeted at existing customers. I also established targeted call campaigns to the existing customer base to decrease incidents of home loan churn. This involved engaging call centres and later employing our own staff who sole purpose was to look after existing customers.I reported directly to the CEO and was also required to report to The Board of Directors quarterly.

Formed in 1991 as 'Registered Australian Mortgage Securities’ (RAMS), RAMS Home Loans brand launched to the retail market in 1995. Services and home loan products initially made available to customers via its call centre, website and a team of mobile RAMS Home Loan ManagersIn 1999 RAMS approached me to take on a newly developed position in as Sales Operations Analyst. This role was designed to oversee sales and operational processes and procedures, manage the administration and lending team, whilst managing operations to deliver on financial targets in the mortgage aggregation unit of Rams Financial Services.

Formerly known in Australia as Home Loans Insurance Commission, HLIC were the market leaders in Insuring all residential and commercial mortgage lending for Australia's major banks and mortgage aggregation business including RAMS, Aussie Home Loans. HLIC was acquired by GE Capital in 1997 .As a Risk Specialist I serviced a portfolio consisting of major Australian banks and home loan aggregation businesses, assessing risk in both residential and commercial lending. With approval budgets, this autonomous role also involved working with my portfolio clients to, where possible, ensure their mortgage portfolio could be insured .
