Beginnend von der gesamten IT Architektur inklusive dem Betrieb (zB RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP und der Auswahl des richtigen Hyperscalers oder RISE with SAP Premium Suppliers), strategischer Entscheidungen wie zB Clean Core Strategie bis hin zur Auswahl des / der richtigen Partner/s3. als S/4HANA Experte und Sparring Partner für (IT) Entscheidungsträger4. als Moderator und Design Thinking Workshop Facilitator um Entscheidungsfindungen zu unterstützenNeben meinem Fokus auf S/4HANA Transformationen verfüge ich über ein breites Wissen um auch bei Transformationen von Organisation & Bereichen unterstützen zu können- ein umfassendes Wissen über das SAP Partnernetzwerk speziell in AT, DE aber auch in CEE - langjährige Erfahrung in der Transformationen von Organisationen und dem Aufbau von Portfolios (zB SAP ARIBA, SAP Enterprise Asset Management)- umfassende Erfahrung als Führungskraft, sowohl in Multinationalen Konzernen wie auch in Mittelständischen Beratungsfirmen- langjährige Outsourcing Erfahrung (Shared Services in Europa, Offshore & Nearshore)- langjährige internationale Erfahrung im Dienstleistungs- und Projekteinkauf (im IT Umfeld)
