Challenge: Build and expand Bizo's online marketing & advertising platform as core competitive advantage.Solution: Hire and retain "Pro"-level engineering team, empower them to design and develop a great product, supported by a strong architecture and high-quality, leading-edge system components.Role: Reporting directly to the CTO, responsible for driving and coordinating engineering initiatives across Bizo. Designed and developed open-source J2EE middleware and e-business process integration tools that provided connectivity through the RosettaNet and ebXML standards.
