With over 10 years of experience in business development, negotiation, and management, I am currently the Chief Business Development Officer at WOOPPAY, a leading payment ecosystem in Central Asia. In this role, I oversee the strategic partnerships, market entry, and product development of the company, leveraging my expertise in payments, negotiations and business in global context. I am also a co-founder and board member of Terricon Valley, an initiative to transforms coal-mining city into IT center through hub creation, coworking, meetups, educational programs, accelerators and incubators. Additionally, I serve as a non-executive director at Karaganda State Technical University, where I contribute to the strategy planning, internal audit, and governance of the institution. In addition to these roles, I am also the co-founder and board member of the Center of Urbanistics, which stands for transforming the city to match the creative class's needs. Our focus lies in initiatives such as murals, public spaces, and parks to foster a vibrant and innovative urban environment. I am currently pursuing Executive MBA from Antwerp Management School in partnership with Graduate School of Business AlmaU. I am passionate about creating value, impact, and innovation in the payments industry and beyond, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the teams and organizations I work with.
