Provide oversight for operational and cost saving improvements for 50+ hospitals in the Gulf Coast, Mid America, North Texas and San Antonio Divisions. Identify and lead enterprise operational improvements to strengthen the organizational structure. Provide cross-functional management and guide efforts to execute and sustain clinical/operational improvements, and communication with executives and staff.

Responsible for the development of scope, initiatives and tools to support the startup phase of the Throughput and Unit Utilization department. Conducted strategy growth engagement evaluations for managed and non-managed client QHR hospitals. Developed proposals from operational and financial evaluations of hospitals to provide recommendations for the hospitals’ multi-year strategic plan.
