This information guides pre- and post-launch product improvements, communication with customers, and quality informed decisions.

Our team validated the form, fit and function of all Fitbit products, before and after market release. I led hardware/software programs for:- Fitbit’s first Heart Rate fitness tracker (Charge HR) and non-HR counterpart (Charge).- Alta HR and Alta, the first slim wrist fitness trackers and with a smaller HR sensor.- Flex 2, the first tracker to support swim sensing and follow up to one of the Fitbit favorites- Fitbit Aria, our second smart scale

Cal Rugby is an organization storied for its standard of producing tested, resilient operators in the setting of a professional environment— I owe my drive for success and constant performance improvement to this program. During my time with Cal Rugby, I also:-Directed a group of strong-willed athletes to complete improvisational tasks efficiently and to fulfill winning strategy.-Trained 20-30 hours per week while maintaining a full academic courseload. -Varsity XV National Champions in 2010 and 2011, second in 2013 and 2014

Our team at Merrill Lynch was a leader in servicing the brokerage and custody needs of the private equity community. Some of my projects and responsibilities included:-Independently coordinating with legal consultants and transfer agents to clear restricted shares as desired by clients.-Each morning, organizing stock trade tickets to the standard of BAML regulatory compliance specification.-Opening, editing, and closing client accounts to meet the credentials of each business entity.-Processing hundreds of DTC transfers during client stock distributions. -Assisting in daily deposits of stock certificates for our custody services business.

The Project Management team that I interned for primarily focused on large-scale, strategic mitigation on any globally defective product within our jurisdiction of management. Such mitigation included: replacement of older hardware with newer, more durable technology; dispatching field engineers to promptly replace defective products; and keeping real-time updates on the progress of such mitigation operations. I met these priorities by:-Designing and initializing a progress reporting platform that converted global EMC data into an informative, visual consolidation. The platform continued to be used during managerial updates of our mitigation progress after the conclusion of my internship.-Coordinating with a consultant to determine how to most efficiently integrate my reporting platform design with EMC’s raw data sources. Additionally, I later taught an executive within my team our newly developed process for data import and analysis so that the conclusion of my internship would not compromise our real-time reports.-Editing field Service Requests (repair/upkeep orders around the world).-Running Customer Affected Lists (organizational excel reports that matched field project developments with customer accounts and information)
