I am a recent graduate of UCLA and am very interested in learning more about real estate, sustainable development, and urban planning through working in the industry and learning from individuals experienced in the field. Through my experience growing up with a mother who works in residential real estate and a father who has been an energy efficiency contractor for existing homes since the 1970s I have always been aware of the values, importance, and fluctuations of real estate markets. Through my studies in the UCLA Geography Department I have learned to think spatially and consider the big picture when approaching topics and projects. I had an emphasis in GIS, a computer mapping technology that is largely project based, so I gained valuable experience working in teams as well as presenting our work to the class. I am a hard worker and fast learner. I consider myself to be bright and amicable, being able to connect and communicate with people from various backgrounds and in multiple facets.
Listed skills include Gis, Geography, Microsoft Office, Research, and 21 others.
