• Responsible to plan, organize, implement, and supervise Embraer’s Supplier Survey. Annual customer satisfaction survey made on all Embraer 170/190 and ERJ 145 Operators. • Responsible for assuring timely responses from suppliers for Embraer worldwide sales campaigns.• Extensive experience in negotiating and managing Product Support Agreements.• Organizes technical reviews with customers aiming their satisfaction during entry into service and normal operation phases.• Organizes technical reviews with suppliers, to improve customer support during all phases of the program.• Responsible for assuring timely resolution of customer issues, negotiating and managing a final action plan providing time and material during services bulletins and retrofit campaigns. • Responsible for monitoring fleet performance and for negotiating penalties included at the Product Support Agreement with those suppliers achieving poor performance.
