I am an experienced structural engineer and project manager with four years of full-time work experience plus multiple internships both during and after my time in university. Through my work experiences, I have grown, particularly on the project management side, to become an effective team member who can not only work independently, but also work with a large team with a wide range of backgrounds. On my projects, I regularly interfaced with a variety of design partners and clients, and I learned to communicate and coordinate activities and information from these stakeholders and address issues quickly and thoroughly when necessary. I have also grown my engineering technical skills over the last several years, including performing hand calculations, computer modeling, understanding of code, and problem solving. I have work experience in a wide variety of sectors including themed entertainment and attractions, industrial manufacturing, K-12 education buildings, parking structures, and site design.I am a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering along with a minor in Business Administration. In my time at the University of Cincinnati, I took a wide variety of courses to help me gain a wider breadth of knowledge and to learn to see problems from different lenses. While on campus, I was an ambassador for the College of Engineering and Applied Science, held multiple executive/committee positions with both CEAS Tribunal and Chi Epsilon, rowed with UC’s rowing club, and volunteered regularly with Habitat for Humanity.

Project Manager / EngineerThp Limited, Inc Aug 2019 - Jun 2023Cincinnati, Ohio, UsWhile at THP, I functioned as the project manager on multiple restoration projects. These projects often involved performing a review of the structure and writing a technical report, including developing a multi-year master plan with budgets ($50k-$20+MM), for the owner; developing design documents for bidding (projects valued at $30k-$3MM); creating specifications for bidding, including applicable AIA documents, front end, and technical specifications; conducting the full bidding process, including contacting contractors, running pre-bid and post-bid meetings, and verifying the bids were complete and accurate; working with the selected contractor to alleviate issues that develop during construction and developing field changes; performing the full closeout process including reviewing contractor as-built documents and submittal information, working with technical staff to develop record drawings for the owner, and reviewing final pay applications. In addition to my project management experience, I worked on all aspects of design for a new construction project: working through preliminary structural system studies/schematics, modeling structures to complete a 3D analysis, completing hand calculations, coordinating with the architect and other design partners, writing specifications for the applicable scope, modifying the design and releasing bulletins and addenda, reviewing submittals and shop drawings, performing site visits and writing field reports, and working with the contractor to develop field changes as required based on field conditions. I also completed site investigations and reviews, during which I worked with contractors, other project managers, trades workers, and owners. New construction projects that I worked on ranged in value between $40MM and $200MM. -
