I'm thrilled to be in my 10th year as Head of School at The Quaker School at Horsham, where I have the honor of championing students with complex challenges and learning differences daily.My journey in education is deeply personal and professionally rewarding. As a dedicated leader, teacher, learning specialist, and father of a child with special needs, I bring a unique perspective that fuels my commitment to inclusive and evidence-based practices. This dedication has led me to speak at national conferences and train faculty at dozens of schools, with the aim of transforming educational experiences for the better.With an MSED in Special Education from Hunter College and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Educational Leadership and Management from Northeastern University, I believe in leading with empathy and mindfulness, creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student and staff member can thrive. My work extends beyond the school walls—I write, host webinars, and share insights nationwide at schools and professional associations, advocating for progressive and inclusive education. In my continuous quest for growth and balance, I'm also training to become an internationally licensed yoga teacher. This journey enriches my life and enhances my approach to mindful leadership.
