-Single-handedly developed a Canada wide and bilingual employee leave request management system using MS Access and Visual Basic that integrates within SharePoint Online. Employees can submit as well as view other employee leaves without seeing confidential information. Team Leaders can approve, edit, reject and cancel leave requests while the system automatically sends emails and updates availability on various calendars. The system has been used by over 400 users, in both English and French and processed over 2,500 leave requests.-Frequently maintained and updated an access management and general purpose tool installed on over 400 computers across Canada that automates numerous processes across multiple systems. Remedied multiple bugs with automation in systems such as Active Directory, Mainframe applications and MS Office as well as creating new frequently used features for users on the tool.-Managed the development, documentation and release of multiple tools through the use of project management software such as JIRA.-Tested and contributed effective feedback in both written code and logical process during the development of a new Framework designed to be a new bilingual and vision impaired accessible standard across the ITB Branch of the Canada Revenue Agency.-Trained numerous individuals how to create effective and digestible reports using Excel and PowerPoint for Senior Management that are visually interesting while also providing key insights to operations across Canada.-Individually provided near instant support for tools to both employees and Team Leaders, responding and remedying tool bugs with updates within a timespan of roughly 20 minutes while also ensuring code quality.-Created presentations and presented at multiple Canada wide town hall meetings. Presentations varied subject and covered topics such as team updates, tool updates and workstream updates.

-Developed, maintained and produced multiple high-level reports to provide monthly and weekly digests of information about various topics in a readable and easy to understand format which were frequently used as points of discussion for Senior Management and Directors.-Provided first point of contact support to hundreds of clients across Canada for numerous software related issues. Strong knowledge and superb critical thinking skills lead to over 80% of clients issues being resolved on the first call, with no support from another team required.-Created support articles with detailed instructions for several common software issues for other IT analysts to refer to as a support document when faced with a similar issue. As well as providing helpful feedback which was incorporated on other already written documents, creating more effective and easier to use documents.

-Developed a connection website for special needs individuals in the Halton Region using Java Spring Boot and Angular based through AWS services such as Elastic Beanstalk and S3 Buckets. Worked with stakeholders to effectively design and create realistic expectations of what can be delivered. Project management through the use of the Agile methodology as well as exceptionally strong programming knowledge lead to early project completion and extra features being added on top of the already completed website.

-Lead and assisted two other co-op students to create an Excel macro in VBA together which streamlines multiple activities. Activities such as downloading files, pulling files from Outlook email inboxes, integrating files, creating web pages with advanced JS and creating Excel backups were automated. -Head programmer for Excel macro created with two other co-op students. Effectively used work time to balance daily work duties, long term project goals, personal learning and peer teaching to work successfully.-Researched new approaches to programming macros in VBA to ensure modular code, which is easy to understand and reusable.

-Independently developed a macro in JS to combine two other previously created macros to refine output and save time. The macro was accepted and has been implemented and in use by Service Desk Analysts.-Independently created scripts in VBA to refine an Excel tool that is currently used by many Service Desk Analysts. The tool was having an error with the conditions it used to check if a certain name was valid. Witnessed the error and single handedly created an effective fix which is ready to be deployed.
