Born and raised in Italy, I have completed my education and expertise in France and I am currently back in Italy where I provide consulting and advisory services for companies and entrepreneurs, helping them setting the right strategy, financial structure, corporate governance and overall organisation to achieve their goals to the fullest.While in France, I worked with Amadeus, an IT company leader in the travel industry. For 6+ years I helped more than 20.000 employees worldwide achieving Amadeus' mission to shape the future of travel.During this period, I managed several strategic initiatives and high-profile projects, related to Infrastructure Outsourcing, Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, Employees Productivity and Global Harmonisation of Services. My journey saw multiple promotions and changes of roles and when I left I was accountable for setting the global strategy (190+ countries) and overseeing its implementation for Amadeus' Digital Platform, which comprised the Global Device Fleet (25k laptops and 9k mobile devices), the Operating Systems and Software, the Mobile Communication contracts worldwide, the provision of secure and easy way to access business information (including custom mobile applications) and the overall infrastructure underlying these services (including IAM platform). I’m driven by a passion for technologies and business dynamics, innovation and multicultural environments and I am always looking forward to new challenges and ways to improve. I tackle problems in a holistic way and with an end-to-end approach to identify the best solution even where multiple conflicting constraints exists.
