Alex began her career as a CPA and SOX Consultant at EY; working across industries to help clients meet IT security and financial regulatory requirements. She then moved into a strategy consulting role where she concentrated on helping clients solve challenging problems around their digital experience strategies and capabilities. She loves to travel and has worked across the US, France, London and South Africa.In recent years, Alex joined Tekmetric, a SaaS startup in Houston that provides software to Automotive Repair Shops. She led the effort to build a Customer Experience and Success program from the ground up. She worked with the team to transform a vision into reality with innovation and strategy implementation. From defining bespoke experiences to operationalizing intricate back-end integrations and processes that support the strategy -- she specializes in getting traction to execute complex plans. Alex’s experience in the IT compliance and consulting worlds influence her approach to the Customer Experience, Product Development and Operations at Tekmetric. She uses technology-driven methodologies to deliver authentic and scalable solutions. Alex brings a lot of energy into what she does and still finds more to adventure with friends and explore new restaurants on the weekends.
