Primary customer contact for military armor division to include Hi-Definition Plasma Coordinator, fabrications, assemblies, and roller hemming operations.Principle functions to ensure customer satisfaction & company objectives were achieved. Create advanced product quality planning, control plans, potential failure modes , effects analysis, measurement system, & statistical process controls.Coordinate all program phases including engineering, design, tooling, deliverable timing, budget & program status, report to supplier & management reviews.
