Performed routine assembly operations of a repetitive nature according to StandardOperating Procedures (SOP’s). Assemble product by hand in a clean room environmentusing a microscope. Work is performed by referencing to production drawings, samples aswell as written and verbal instructions. Ensure parts are cleaned before any use, preparecase and/or sensors for use in VPM-10 catheter assembly. String wires into catheter usinga wire guide, install sensors in case, and apply epoxy as needed. Solder lead wires tosensors, then perform visual inspection of work to ensure quality standard is met.Responsible for testing finished assembly by using an ohm meter, and for cleaning worksurfaces and equipment.

Observe equipment andprocessing for proper operation, and seek maintenance assistance for equipment problems.Assist with the set up and running of the production equipment. I started off as a Production Operator I and through hard work I managed to get the current position I hold, which is Line Lead I. As a Lead, I supervise and ensure that the operators are working with the guidelines of our manufacturing process specification (MPS). Then submit multiple lots to Quality Assurance for audits.
