There, I was responsible for overseeing the IT strategy, infrastructure, security, and operations for a company that reaches over 25.7 million visits a month and more than 6 million total mobile app downloads. I led multiple teams of Information Technology, Information Security, Technology Procurement and billing professionals, managed a $40 million annual budget, and delivered multiple projects that enhanced employee and user experience, improved the system performance, and reduced the operational costs.
