I have the honor to be a Board Member and the privilege to have participated (representing PepsiCo) in the creation of the MOVER (Movement for Equal Rights) in june 2021 together with 6 others CEOs. Mover is a coallition of companies from various sectors of Brazil (49 companies today) united to support and impact Black leaders to access leadership posions. The goals of Mover are: 1) to impact, train and developp 3 millions Black leaders, 2) to recruit (companies member of Mover) 10’000 Black leaders both until 2030.

Committed to sustainable growth, thus supporting diversity, inclusion, and our local communities.Pepsico Brazil Foods (PBF) achieved important E2E transformation with double digit top line acceleration over the last three years with significant brand innovation, together with Portfolio and Go to Market transformation, while gaining market share in savory, along with strong historical bottom line and cash flow expansion supported by digital and productivity efforts. In addition to the financial results and performance, our transformational pep+ sustainable agenda has considerably accelerated with sustainable agriculture, water and CO2 reduction. Our D&I people eforts led to PBF having 49% of its leaders women, 27% of leaders Black and being recognized by Epoca Negocios as the most inclusive FMCG company in Brazil in 2023.

VP Regional Manager in charge of North America (USA, Canada, Mexico) responsable for the Petcare and Frozen Food categories, Sales, Ebusiness, Digital Transformation and I&R for Zone Americas, reporting to Zone Americas CEO. Supported Nestlé USA in its portfolio transformation (M&A activity with acquisition of Starbucks Coffee Retail business, Ice Cream JV, Water sale of local business, along with Go to Market transformation on Frozen Food US). Led Zone Americas E2E Digital Transformation Strategy and Sales Net Revenue Management efforts while contributing to unlock important Capex expansion projects in Pet Care accross Zone Americas.

In charge of Nestlé's operations in Dominican Republic, Cuba and Haiti, reporting to the CEO of Zone Americas at the Global Headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland. Performed strong E2E business acceleration with top line, market share and bottom line improvements while expanding innovations and improving employee satisfaction.

Managing Director responsible for entire Operations (Sales, Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, etc..) of Nestle Waters in Brazil.Key brands are Nestlé Pureza Vital (Nestlé Pure Life), Petropolis, Sao Lourenço, Perrier, San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.- Performed important business turnaround with top (doubled business size, market share +450 bps Southeast moving to top 3 and leadership in Rio modern trade) & substantial bottom line, WC and ROIC improvement- Realized M&A activity (acquisition of springs), distribution agreement (with Ambev for Trad Trade), and co-manufacturing- Strong focus on change management with key emphazis on people development and stakeholder engagement- Executed relevant CSV actions in towns where our factories were located engaging with municipal, state and national government bodies
