Mover is a coallition of companies from various sectors of Brazil (49 companies today) united to support and impact Black leaders to access leadership posions. The goals of Mover are: 1) to impact, train and developp 3 millions Black leaders, 2) to recruit (companies member of Mover) 10’000 Black leaders both until 2030.
