Contribution to the start up process leading the financial aspects of the business plan preparation, and financial strategy definition, including initial steps towards the constitution of the Barcelona Imaging Group (BcnIG) company. The impossibility of achieving an independent management of the imaging facilities forced the unanimous decision of both partners to terminate this project.
