I started out as a Project / Tooling Engineer — always chasing the next higher position.I moved from Managing Manufacturing Engineering for the Hoover Company, through to managing all tooling for the Maytag Corporation, after they purchased the Hoover Company. Over the years I have: • pioneered an off-shore tooling initiative and saved over 50% development time and 50% of the costs• chaired a Tooling Council • ran a Tooling & Molding Division for Solid Concepts All of this learning led me to open my own company, Quickmold in 2014.Along with the school of hard knocks - which is where I learned most of the skills I find most useful today in problem-solving with clients - I also had some schooling at Stark State College where I majored in Mechanical Engineering, Malone College for Business Management and did some moving around to a few colleges, pursuing my MBA. I’m also a graduate of the Tony Robbins Mastery University, which stems from my interest and passion for personal growth and the power of having the right mindset. Today I am proud to represent Cavalier Tool and Manufacturing as all of the life skills, education and mindset can all be put to good use with supporting and helping customers - and future customers - to tap into The Cavalier Way. I love solving problems and Cavalier is now a perfect place to find answers!
