I am an aspiring digital consultant who enjoys connecting the dots: be it ideas from different disciplines , people from different teams, or clients with different products. I have strong communication skills and an academic background in information systems management, business administration, project management, supply chain management and digital transformation.My passion lies in transforming customer experience via digital enablement on ecommerce platforms. This desire is the reason behind my selected thesis topic which is researching influential factors on customer adoption of e-value added services in the retail industry.Currently, I am a MSc student at the beautiful Breukelen campus of Nyenrode Business University in Utrecht. I am a member of the Nyenrode Student Association which has provided me the opportunity to take on various leadership roles within my cohort as the External Relations Commissioner in Nyenrode Art Committee, Event Commissioner in the Nyenrode United Committee and Full-time MSc Student Ambassador for the university.Previously, I completed my Bachelor of Commerce Degree at Stellenbosch University in Information Systems Management. Thereafter, I worked in the heart of the Mother City (Cape Town) for two years where I gained experience in understanding and improving the customer journey of locals and tourists by collaborating with various team members to provide the best experience via the sales and customer support department.
