I am an experienced and versatile independent senior professional solution architect with over 10 years’ architecture experience, and an IT practitioner for over 25 years. Responsibilities within enterprise architecture, solution architecture and infrastructure architecture give me a versatile and well-rounded view of a business, both top down, and bottom up. I have excellent analytical skills and can communicate on multiple levels. I have held technical design authority remits across IT infrastructure silos (compute, storage, security, and network) and roles with a broader strategic and architectural focus in conjunction with mission critical, security design elements. I adapt well to new and changing environments and can operate independently or within a team, ether as lead, or as a member. I have worked in the IT industry since 1993. With the early part of my career spent in analysis, support and service roles giving me a deep knowledge of project delivery and IT systems from the keyboard to the data.
