From dynamic workshops to strategic projects, my mission is to promote social justice and psychological safety in organizations and communities. Based on non-violence, my approach involves adopting a critical perspective on social contexts, enabling coherent dialogues and systemic transformations.💼 With a decade's experience in digital, my expertise covers Agile Project Management, Corporate Education, Knowledge Curation and Group Mediation, and I've had the privilege of working in a variety of sectors, with a focus on gender and race relations.🎯 Some results I'm proud of: • Structuring a DEI area from scratch (OKR's, KPI's and Strategic Roadmap);• Formation and management of an intersectional diversity collective;• Mediation of critical groups on masculinities, which have already impacted over 300 men;• More than 1000 people impacted by lectures and initiatives in DEI and Communication.💻 Passionate about remote work, I've been working in this model since 2018, specializing in management and asynchronous communication.
