My first year in recruitment has seen me grow and manage a cold desk by ending the 2014/15 academic year successfully. My success of ending the 2014/15 academic year on 95 LT days and surpassing my platinum GPTD has led to myself being promoted within under a year.I have continued to excel and since the start of September to the first week of October I have grown my desk to 150 LT days and grown a daily desk of 40 days.

Acted as the support key worker for the special educational needs department; a mainstream secondary school with over 800 pupils on roll.
