The acquisition comprised the trade and assets of Ashcourt Rowan Administration Limited, 100% of the share capital of Ashcourt Rowan Pensions Trustees Limited and 100% of the share capital of Robinson Gear (Management Services) Limited from Ashcourt Rowan Holdings Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ashcourt Rowan plc; - advising Techne Corporation, a US-based manufacturer of haematology controls and biotechnology products, on its agreement to acquire calibration and quality control materials manufacturer, Bionostics Holdings Limited. The $104 million deal saw R&D Systems, a subsidiary of Techne, acquire the entire issued share capital of Bionostics Holding Limited and its operating subsidiary Bionostics, Inc; and- advising Mattioli Woods plc on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Thoroughbred Wealth Management Limited and its subsidiary Atkinson Bolton Consulting Limited.
