Annual savings of US$6.5M (22%). - Conceptualized the bidding process for the acquisition of chemical preservatives (biocides) with standardization of suppliers for South America and implementation of contracts with a "take or pay" model with counterparties of suppliers making investments in equipment. 5% savings with an increase in the number of approved suppliers and reduced risk of stockouts. - Developed the transport plan and optimized the pricing model based on monthly volume transported. 12% savings in the transport of precipitated calcium carbonate.

- Elaboration and implementation of the stock efficiency improvement process with demand monitoring through Selling Projects and implementation of the S&OP process. 100% increase in sales volume (to US$4M/month), maintaining high profitability and a 54% reduction in inventory days. - Development of a demand plan by industrial segment with monitoring market trends of segments and implementation of production planning routines and capacity optimization. 20% growth in the business unit and reduction of production costs.

- Innovation in the demand planning system using regional aggregate sales forecasting modeling, rationalization and standardization of packaging. 25% improvement in sales forecast accuracy.
