Foster relationships with account base of over 600 season ticket member accounts. Responsible for achieving season ticket retention and new sales goals greater than $1.1 million in revenue. Assist in executing programs and benefits to help drive loyalty within fan base. Draft and assist with email communication. Assist with the development of yearly renewal campaigns with directors and managers in supporting departments. Coordinate and develop the Membership Service Intern role, including scheduling, project fulfillment, and game day responsibilities.
