I am a Principal in the Firm’s Litigation group, where I maintain a general litigation practice at both the trial and appellate level. I advise clients and manage litigation in federal and state court in a variety of areas, including:• Insurance coverage: I represent policyholders in insurance coverage disputes, which includes both advising clients regarding risk management and representing their interests in litigation. I handle all types of coverage claims (e.g., premises liability, product liability, mass tort, construction defect, cyber security, fraud, and broker liability matters) implicating all types of policies (e.g. CGL, D&O, Professional Liability, Property, Environmental, Crime, Cyber, and Life).• Commercial litigation: I handle a broad range of commercial matters from informal contractual indemnity claims to high stakes securities litigation arising from acquisitions.• Environmental litigation: I have extensive environmental litigation experience, including actively representing a Fortune 500 company through a multi-phase CERCLA action. • Class actions: I handle class action litigation, including actively representing a Fortune 500 company in complex cases involving various issues of first impression under the Medicare Secondary Payer Act.
