Goji and Euroclear are working closely together to create the global network that seamlessly connects private funds participants: distributors, fund management companies and transfer agents.I own Goji's business delivery, covering finance, people, legal, compliance and InfoSec.

I co-founded Goji and led on the finance, people and fundraising strategy. Scaled Goji from pre-product to an FCA regulated business servicing over 30,000 investors from over 80 jurisdiction.Raised several rounds of financing (angel, venture capital, CLN and debt) and successfully exited to Euroclear in July 2023.

Advising on strategy and M&A during Bain Capital and Advent International's (Private Equity owners) exit from Worldpay.I sat on the steering committee for the IPO, built the IPO and exit financial model and worked closely on the equity story with the executive board and the private equity sponsors. The IPO successfully completed in October 2015 at a market cap of £4.8bn (EV £6.3bn); ending day one trading up 10% at a market cap of £5.3bn (EV £6.9bn). This made the Worldpay listing:- The largest ever UK FinTech IPO; - The largest ever European and third largest ever global private equity IPO; and - Only the 4th time in the UK that a company has listed straight to the FTSE 100.

Managing M&A advisory (buy side, sell side, debt raising, strategic reviews, valuation, financial modelling, due diligence) engagements in Grant Thornton's Corporate Finance team.Focus on the mid-cap financial services (FIG) sector, including investment management, financial technology (FinTech) and insurance.During my time in Grant Thornton's corporate finance team, we advised on more M&A deals in the UK than any other adviser in 2012 and 2013 (Experian Corpfin). We were awarded the Corporate Finance Advisory Team of the Year 2014 by Insider and the Corporate Finance Team of the Year by unquote British Private Equity Awards.

Seconded to the then Financial Services Authority (FSA) as part of a mixed financial services / corporate finance team performing a review of the Failure of RBS during the 2007 banking crisis; specifically focusing on the acquisition of ABN Amro and short term money market positions.

Seconded to a Listed Insurer in a Project Management role.
