I Lead and execute Axiom's talent acquisition strategy, delivering against our hiring needs. Managing multiple aspects of the recruiting process, including liaising with our sourcing specialists on prospective solicitors, interviewing applicants, detailing Axiom's value proposition and serving as primary point of contact for solicitors throughout the entirety of the recruitment process (including interview path, compensation expectations, interviewer feedback, and timing).Collaborating with and advising key stakeholders and Talent leadership on candidate pipeline updates and recruitment metric activity levels, whilst proactively working to build our Financial Serices network of legal talent.
