- Co founded a restaurant and commercial juicery with my brother in our home country of Belize.- As a co-founder and ops manager, my responsibilities included overseeing all 3 of our brick and mortar stores as well as managing our relationships with distributors in 4 countries. - Established and maintained relationships with over a dozen retail accounts to carry our products.- Oversaw expansion from one location in San Pedro to 3 locations, including Caye Caulker and mainland Belize.- Increased net revenue by over 400% through expansion- Hired and trained revolving staff at all 3 locations- Responsible for book keeping and accounting - Obtained all necessary import licenses to become first Impossible Meat retailer in Central America

Regularly cited as one of the best valets in the company's history, I was employee of the month on two occasions, the only valet during my time to receive such commendation.The environment taught me the necessity of identifying a customers needs and aligning a solution to create the best guest stay experience.

An all-encompassing construction job that required on the fly problem solving skills and competence with numerous construction techniques and tools. I gained experience in the custom home building industry from an empty lot to a finished and sold home, serving as a handyman and a jack of all trades.It also allowed me to have one of the best ski seasons of my life living in Utah!
