My main responsibilities as a Software Project Manager are:• Create and maintain project plan (Schedule, Resource, Scope, Cost… Management Plan), Maintain system and technical clarification• Monitor project team activities, and handle project board and members/ vendors’ tasks.• Resolve team conflicts and remove project impediments.• Scrum master activities.• Communicate directly with customers to define plans, solve issues, and report project status.• Work as a liaison to ensure active communication between client and project teams. Present/translate the information without losing its meaning and in a lingo that is best understandable by the client & project team.• Manage and support the project team member in the maintenance phase.

As a project manager assistant, I was responsible for- Communicating with stakeholders (BA, PO, engineers) and clients to discuss business issues, analyze product requirements, and document software requirement specifications (SRS).- Working with the development team to deliver products within the compressed timeframe.- Designing basic wireframe, mockup; working closely with the product designer and reviewing the UIUX- Participating in QC testing, and UAT testing.- Monitoring, updating, and reporting the schedule progress.The experience at Nexus gave me a valuable chance to gain my very first insight into the IT industry.
